Half Day Edit/Staging to Sell

LIGHTS, CAMERA, READY.  This is provided to the real estate agents ONLY.  This is when our crew w/movers show up and it is organized chaos, and in the end, a MLS photographers and agents dream.  We will spend up to 3.5 hours rearranging furniture, artwork, doing whatever we can in the timeframe, use the homeowners stuff, to give the house an updated look, with a cohesive flow.  A buyers dream.
As soon as you purchase this, we will follow up with the homeowner with a Facetime call so we can virtually see the home before the actual Edit Day.  In some cases, if needed, we can bring in rental furniture and accessories, but the homeowner will know this is an extra charge they are responsible for.
